With much gratitude to our all of our community supporters, The Circle of Palos Verdes’ efforts have raised $2,000,000 to provide art experiences and art education through Palos Verdes Art Center. For 50 years, The Circle has hosted a wide range of events, including the ongoing Collected Treasures event as well as The Art of the Road Rally, Celebrate Extraordinary, Palos Verdes Homes Tour, Art for Fun(d)’s Sake, and more. Our upcoming events feature a celebratory 50th Anniversary Dinner Gala on October 25, 2025, PVAC Winter Art Show with Holiday Reception on December 5, 2025, and Collected Treasures on March 20-22, 2026.

Annual Student Art Exhibition
Palos Verdes Art Center/Beverly G. Alpay Center for Arts Education proudly presents an Annual Student Art Exhibition, held in May each year, featuring Palos Verdes Peninsula/Southbay student artwork.
Art At Your Fingertips is a Palos Verdes Art Center school-based outreach program that brings visual arts education to elementary school classrooms from transitional kindergarten through fifth grade. AAYFT's goal is to make every child feel comfortable using art as a means of expression.
Palos Verdes Art Center hosts the training of 200 volunteer docents who teach five art projects throughout each year. Established in 1976, this program reaches 6,000 students annually in schools located primarily on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, as well as in Torrance, Redondo Beach, and Long Beach.
Selected works from the John Wessel Photography Program, presented in partnership with the Ann & Steven Hinchliffe San Pedro & Peninsula YMCA summer teen program, are also part of this exhibit.
